No autopilot. Here's exactly how I manage your account every month.
Once we're set up and running — what does working with me actually look like?
It's a fair question. Most people have worked with agencies where the answer is: not much.
A report lands Friday. Someone you've never spoken to manages your account. When something breaks, you find out three weeks later.
Here's what working with me looks like instead.
Bi-weekly calls — not status updates, real conversations.
We get on a call every two weeks. Not to review a dashboard together. Not to read numbers at each other. To think.
What we cover
What the campaigns are telling us. What it means for the business. What we're going to do about it. What's coming up that we should be preparing for.
Sometimes we brainstorm new creative directions. Sometimes we talk about the sales team's feedback on lead quality. Sometimes we revisit the strategy entirely.
I come prepared. I expect you to as well.
"The best client relationships feel like a partnership meeting, not a vendor update."
Weekly reports — readable, relevant, honest.
Every week you get a report. Not a 40-page PDF with every metric Meta has ever invented.
What's in it
Spend. Leads. Cost per lead. What's performing. What isn't. What I'm doing about it.
If something went wrong that week, I tell you. If something worked unexpectedly well, I tell you that too.
Everything lives in Google Drive. Labelled by week. Permanently accessible.
Day-to-day — email and accountability.
Between calls, communication runs on email.
Not WhatsApp. Not Slack. Not a project management tool with 14 notification settings.
Email — because it's documented, searchable, and creates a clear record of every decision we've made together.
If something urgent comes up in the account, I flag it immediately. I'm in the account daily. I'm not waiting for Friday to notice something has changed.
Creative direction — part of the job, not an add-on.
Ad performance lives and dies on creative. I give creative direction as a core part of what I do.
If you have an in-house team
I brief them. What we need, why, what we're testing for, what format, what success looks like. They execute. I review, give feedback, we iterate.
If you don't
I get it done. Through freelancers I bring in, or by helping you build the internal capability. Either way — the creative strategy is mine to own.
Research before anything changes.
I don't make changes to accounts on gut feel.
Before I adjust a campaign structure, change a budget allocation, or test a new audience — I do the analysis first.
That takes more time upfront. It saves a lot of wasted budget over the course of a month.
The retainer and the 3-month minimum.
I work on a fixed monthly retainer. Not a percentage of ad spend. Not project fees. A fixed number you know from the start.
The minimum engagement is 3 months.
It's the minimum time it takes to build a campaign structure properly, let it learn, and start making informed optimisations. Anyone promising meaningful results faster isn't being honest with you.
Ready to talk?
30 minutes. No pitch. Just an honest conversation.
