From handshake to live campaigns — the first 30 days.
You've had the call. You've decided to work together. What happens next?
Most consultants send a contract and disappear for two weeks. When they come back, they've 'been setting things up.' You're not sure what that means. Neither are they.
Here's exactly what the first 30 days look like — week by week, no ambiguity.
"I don't launch anything I haven't understood completely first."
Week 1 — Access, audit, understanding.
What I ask for
Ad account access. Google Analytics. Any existing campaign history, lead data, CRM exports. Brand assets and copy guidelines. Any previous creative that's run.
What I do with it
I go deep. Reading the account history. Understanding what's been tried, what worked, what didn't, and why. Researching your competitors. Building a picture of the full landscape before touching anything.
Everything I find gets documented. Google Drive. Sheets. Organised, labelled, accessible to you any time.
Week 2 — Strategy, structure, alignment.
By the end of week one, I have a clear view of what we're working with and what we need to build.
Week two is about making sure we're aligned before anything goes live.
The strategy call
I walk you through what I found and what I recommend. This isn't a presentation — it's a conversation. Your knowledge of your customers shapes the strategy. That's not optional.
What we agree on
Campaign structure. Audience approach. Messaging direction. What success looks like in the first 90 days.
All of it goes into a shared document. All of it is on record.
Weeks 3 and 4 — Build, launch, watch closely.
Campaigns go live. But not all at once, and not without intent.
How I launch
I start with the highest-intent audiences and the messaging we're most confident in. Then expand from there. Every ad, every audience, every budget allocation has a reason behind it.
What I watch for
The first two weeks of a live campaign are the most important. I'm in the account daily — sometimes more. Not to make reactive changes. To understand what the algorithm is learning and whether it's learning the right things.
End of week 4
You get a full update. What launched, what we're seeing, what we'll adjust, and what we're watching for in month two.
What you need to bring.
The faster you get me access and assets, the faster we move.
The most common reason onboarding takes longer than it should: waiting on ad account access or brand assets. Get those to me in the first 48 hours and we're in good shape.
Beyond that — availability for one call in week two, and honest feedback on the strategy. I'll handle the rest.
Ready to start?
Let's figure out if we're the right fit first.
